The Opus Mobile App home screen by default will only show jobs that are:
- Pending
- Accepted
- Won
When you mark a job as Lost, you do not lose access to it or it’s information, it is just hidden from view.
However you can customise your filters as needed, to display more or less jobs on the Opus Mobile App home screen.
It is important to check your filter settings if you’re unable to find a job assigned to you. It’s status may have changed and your home screen might not be set up to display jobs of that status.
The job is always there, just sometimes hidden from view based on your view filter preferences and settings.
How To Adjust View Filters
Firstly, ensure you’re logged into & open the Opus Mobile App.
You should be on the home screen that will look similar to that below – please note on different devices things will look slightly different, but the functionality and rough lay out is identical.
From the home screen, find the filter button as highlight in the image below and press it.
This will take you to the Filters page, here you can toggle on and off the filters you would like.
If you would like to have Lost jobs displayed on your Opus Mobile App home page, then press on Lost, a checkmark will appear to show this is enabled.
Reverse this process if you would like to hide the jobs from being displayed on your home page.
Make sure you press Done to confirm & save your filter view
Upon hitting Done, you’ll be returned to your home screen with your new filters enabled.
If you don’t like the way you have them, you can always repeat the process to enable or disable the filters you want.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LEAVE PENDING ENABLED SO YOU CAN ENSURE YOU ARE ACCEPTING JOBS ISSUED TO YOU.
Important Items to know about Filters
- This only affects the Mobile App, the website display will remain the same.
- The filters are saved per device, if you use another device you’ll need to configure that one too.
- Filters are saved between sessions (logging in/out) as long as the app has not been uninstalled.
Make sure you check your filter settings it you can’t locate a job, it could just be hidden from your home screen view point based on it’s status.
