Opus users are able to reset their own password if they have forgotten it, you will need access to the email address that you use to login to Opus to be able to complete this processed.
From the login page, there is a link to the forgotten password page.
You can also access it by going to this url:
One the forgotten password page, simply enter your email address (the one you have used for Opus) and hit send instructions.
Allow a few moments for the instructions to be sent. You will then receive an email from Opus Systems.
The subject will be Password reset instructions
And it will be sent from noreply@opussystems.com.au
Simply click the “Change my password” link in the email and you will be taken to a webpage that allows you to set a new password, as when you originally confirmed your email address.
You’ll need to set your new password and then confirm it by entering it again. Make sure you choose a safe, secure & unique password.
Your password for Opus Systems need to be a minimum of 8 characters, we recommend you include:
- Capitalised letters
- Symbols (?!$@#)
- Numbers
For maximum security, make sure this is a password you do not use elsewhere. If you struggle to remember passwords, consider using a popular password manager application.
Make sure you can remember your password.
Once you complete this process, you’ll be logged into your Opus account.
You will need to use your new password whenever logging into Opus, you will also have to log into the App again using the new password you have set.
